The NRA (AGCOM) is willing to impose the same termination rate for all fixed operators at € 0,57 per minute from 2010.
Currently, most OLOs can charge a termination rate much higher (up to 1,54 per minute) than incumbent Telecom Italia is allowed to.
Agcom will dictate a gradual reduction of OLOs' termination rates over the next few years in order to reach the symmetrical termination rate of € 0,57 in 2010.
