Telit has a new owner

Former CEO of Telecom Italia and of Eni, Franco Bernabè took a controlling stake of mobile M2M specialist Telit through a consortium of investors named Boostt.

Mr. Bernabè is the Chairman and majority shareholder of FB Group, a technology investment company that owns other telecom-related assets, including mobile VAS provider Xaltia.
