AT&T and América Móvil willing to control Telecom Italia

AT&T and América Móvil made a preliminary offer to but a controlling stake of Telecom Italia owned by Pirelli.

The two companies have 30 days to propose a binding offer.

A political uproar in Italy is expected soon.
