After a lot of speculation about it, there are still no MVNO in Italy, but its seems we are a step closer now.
The National Regulatory Authority, that so far adopted only a moral suasion approach toward mobile operators not willing to open their networks, apparently has changed its mind.
It announced today that within 30 days it might adopt some new rules to force MNO to open their networks to would be virtual operators.
