Siemens Communications Italia won a turn-key contract from Retelit to supply DWDM equipment operating at 40 Gbit/s.
Retelit, an independent Italian wholesaler, will use the new Surpass hiT7300 equipment supplied by Siemens to upgrade its national IP and TDM national backbone covering 46 cities.
