The Italian National Regulatory Autority (AGCOM) banned the new convergent fixed-mobile UMA service due to be launched by Telecom Italia next July.

In order to please the Authority, Telecom Italia announced the availability of an UMA wholesale service, so that competing operator can potentially replicate its UNICO offers
